1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Little Lovables ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy.

2. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We send an order acknowledgement email when you check out; a contract is formed only when we send the shipping confirmation email for that item.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where pricing or product information was published in error, where we suspect fraudulent or reseller bulk-buying activity, or where we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

We take payment when your order is placed. Any promotional price, bundle saving or sale price shown is a genuine reduction from the price the item was most recently offered at on this site; we do not display inflated or invented 'was' prices.

If we spot a pricing error before dispatch, we contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the order. We never charge more than the price shown at checkout without your agreement.

4. Availability

Stock is limited and shown in real time, but items can sell out between adding to cart and checking out. Where an ordered item becomes unavailable we refund that line in full and dispatch the rest of the order.

5. Product descriptions and images

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and sizing guidance. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and product photography is representative of the model you receive.

6. Your rights to cancel and return

Consumers have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery. Our Returns & Exchanges policy extends this to 30 days on unworn items in original packaging. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for business losses, and we do not accept liability for damage caused by using footwear outside its intended purpose.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

All site content, branding, photography and copy belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You may not use this site fraudulently, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it for automated purchasing.

9. Changes, governing law and complaints

We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the version that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

To raise a complaint, email hello@littlelovables.example. We acknowledge complaints within one working day and aim to resolve them within ten.
