Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are picked, checked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

During major drops and sale periods dispatch can take up to two working days. If your order will be delayed beyond that, we email you before it ships.

UK delivery options and costs

• Standard tracked (2–3 working days) — £2.95, free on orders over £25.
• Express tracked (next working day, order before 2pm) — £6.95.
• Saturday delivery (order before 2pm Friday) — £9.95.
• Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands: add 1–2 working days to standard and express estimates.

Tracking your order

Every order ships tracked. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us, and you can check progress any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

Delivery problems

If tracking hasn't updated for three working days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email hello@littlelovables.example with your order number. We open a carrier investigation immediately and will replace or refund your order once it concludes — usually within five working days.

International delivery

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. EU and international shipping is planned; join the newsletter to hear when it opens.
