How do I know which bracelet size to order?

Measure your wrist with a strip of paper and match it to our chart — Kids 12–14cm, Small 14–15.5cm, Medium 15.5–17cm, Large 17–19cm. Cord and chain styles are adjustable, so they cover two sizes comfortably.

Are keyrings one size?

Yes. Every keyring comes on a standard split ring or lobster clasp, so it fits house keys, car keys, bag straps and zip pulls without any adjustment.

When will the real product photos be live?

Our studio shoot is in progress. Placeholder tiles are standing in for now, and each piece is described in full on its product page so you know exactly what you're getting.

How long does UK delivery take?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are posted the same day. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives in 2–3 working days; Tracked 24 is next working day.

How much is shipping?

Standard tracked UK delivery is £2.95, and it's free on orders over £25. Express options are shown at checkout.

Can I return something?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn and back in their original pouch. Email returns@littlelovables.example with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Is the jewellery nickel-free?

Accepted Answer

All our metal components are nickel-free and lead-safe. Chains and clasps are gold-tone plated over a hypoallergenic base, so they're comfortable for sensitive skin.

Are these suitable for children?

Our Kids bracelets and plush keyrings are designed with younger wearers in mind, but small charms and beads mean they're not suitable for children under three.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal — every payment is processed over an encrypted connection. Card checkout goes live shortly.
